Shiny Eevee-WIP-

Now completed the furry parts on the neck and tail. Added a background now(decided to put a filter on the background to make it look more like a canvas, i might do the same for the eevee when ive done)
Still need to neaten up and make the rest of the eevee look fluffy and the pokeball look shiny.
How does it look so far?
